New Development

The present day education has under gone a tremendous change in the contents and methodology due to the advancement of Science and technology. Keeping pace with the times, the School required a Multi-Media Room equipped with all the latest gadgets and up gradation of the existing Computer Laboratory. Besides this, the School was also lacking in sports facilities which are very essential for the all round development of the students.

         Conscious of the enormous financial implication, the School applied for a special grant for the above mentioned project to the Delhi Kalyan Samiti under Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.

         On receipt of the grant amount of Rs. 2500000.00, the following development work was undertaken:

(A) Development of Education
1. Extension of Computer Laboratory with additional 15 computers totaling to 25 computers for a class of 50 students in a ratio of 1:2.

2. Development of Multi-Media Room A big air-conditioned hall with a seating capacity for 120 students on carpet, equipped with a Computer, TV, DVD player, projector etc. to facilitate teaching using the modern technology.

3. Renovation of Refreshment Room for sports and other students keeping in view of their hygiene.

4. Complete Dry Wash and Paint of the facilities generated, including sports field and students wash room.

(B) Development of Sports Facilities

1. Badminton Court
Construction of a modern standard size Badminton Court measuring 44’x20’ (for single and doubles matches) on national level.

2. Volley Ball Court
A standard size Volley Ball Court and Throw Ball ground measuring 18m x 9m.

3. Basket Ball Court
A standard size court 28 m x 15 m with latest equipments under national games requirements.

4. Indoor Games Room
Indoor games room with two tables for table tennis matches and facilities for the games like chess and carom board as these sports are very common in present students.
